Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Phancy Garden collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you send the “Contact us” form, we receive:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your event date, start time, venue or city and occasion;
• the packages you chose and any message you write.

If you create an account, we keep your email address and when you signed in. There is no password: each time you sign in, we email you a code.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we also keep those conversations.

Why we use it

• to reply to you and plan your event;
• to prepare your quotation and provide the décor you book;
• to let you know by email if we can’t take your date;
• to sign you in to your account, so you can see your inquiries and quotations.

We don’t send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell your information.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the form details. Its Turnstile check makes sure forms are sent by people, not robots; for that it looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser.
• Resend sends our emails, such as sign-in codes and replies about your event.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages when you chat with us there.

We share your information with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and has no analytics. The anti-robot check may store a small amount of information in your browser while you fill in the form. When you sign in, one cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out removes it.

Photos of events

We may show photos of our décor on this website and on social media. Photos in which people can be recognized are used only with the client’s permission.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as we need them for your event and for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us at miki@phancy.garden and we’ll reply within 30 days.
