Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. Bookings themselves are governed by the terms and conditions in your quotation.

Packages and prices

• Prices on this website are starting prices in Canadian dollars. No tax is added.
• Your final price is set in a written quotation, after we know your date, venue and setup. Delivery, setup and takedown are quoted separately.
• Promotions apply only under the conditions shown with them.
• We may change packages and prices at any time; a quotation you have accepted keeps its prices.

Dates and bookings

Sending an inquiry doesn’t reserve your date. A date is booked only once you accept your quotation and we receive the booking payment it asks for.

Photos and content

The photos, texts and designs on this website belong to Phancy Garden or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first. Photos show examples of our work: flowers, balloons and colours can vary slightly from one event to another.

Using this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and the website available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors. Please don’t misuse the website, for example by sending false inquiries or trying to interfere with how it works.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Phancy Garden isn’t responsible for losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
